60 Seconds Can Save Your Life

This month I've been discussing the importance of tuning into yourself, which traditionally has been through meditation. But you can tune in, in other ways too.
It's important to tune in and check in with yourself: what's going on in your life, are you happy with the direction, is there something you forgot that suddenly pops up to remind you? Checking in is vital, once or even twice a day.
And it doesn't have to take long. For some of my busiest clients, I always suggest starting with a 60 second meditation.
Just spend 60 seconds breathing, and see if you can observe your thoughts for a whole 60 seconds, without engaging in them.
Do this daily for as long as you need, and it can help you get into a small, but regular, practice of self observation.
This self observation is a powerful tool to help you see yourself more clearly, and make better, more empowering decisions on your life.
Use your 60 seconds wisely, regularly, and you too may find yourself making decisions that can potentially save not only your sanity, but perhaps even your life, and the lives of those you love or are responsible for.
And above all... Enjoy the Inner Peace that results, not just from the practice, but from great awareness and decisions that result
